Your name, email, phone number, delivery address and any photos or files you upload with a quote request.
Only to produce and deliver your order, quote your request and contact you about it. We never sell your data.
Reference photos are stored privately and visible only to our studio team. Every photo you upload and every AI preview we generate is permanently deleted 7 days after your product is delivered, and you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
To build the digital model for your print, your uploaded photos may be processed by trusted third-party 3D generation services such as Tripo3D (tripo3d.ai) and Meshy (meshy.ai). Anything sent to them is kept private to your order and is never published publicly or used in any public gallery.
Write to hello@vindeworks.com for access, correction or deletion of your data.
