If your parcel arrives damaged or does not match what was confirmed, send us unboxing photos within 48 hours and we will reprint or refund in full.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts. Once we begin printing, cancellations are not possible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
